General Terms and Conditions of Maren Frank, Karolina Boldt and Dr. Dina Wittfoth (hereinafter “the Contractor”)
3-month group coaching program: Le Voyage (the “Program”)
one-hour online meetings ~every 10 days
Scope of Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall be legally binding between the participant of the Program (the “Participant”) and the Contractor. Differing terms and conditions of the participant are invalid unless confirmed in writing by Contractor.
Registration and Confirmation of Registration
Registration is effective upon payment. Registrations will be considered in the order of their arrival. Registration is legally binding upon written confirmation by Contractor via email.
Registration Fee and Payment Modalities
The fees published at the time of registration shall apply. Registration fees are due immediately.
Included in this fee is the attendance of the Program via Zoom over three months starting July 9, 2021. One-hour online meetings will take place approximately every 10 days.
Participation in the Program can be purchased for a reduced fee paid in full at the time of booking. Otherwise, the registration fee can be paid by payment plan with three monthly installments starting at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation of their participation by the Participant has to be made in writing.
In case of complete cancellation by the Participant, the following fees apply:
Pay-in-full option:
- Up to 7 days prior to the start of the Program: no fee
- Less than 7 days prior to the start of the Program: 50% of fee
- After Program starts: total fee
Payment plan option:
- Up to 7 days prior to the start of the Program: no fee
- Less than 7 days prior to the start of the Program: full first monthly payment
- After Program starts: monthly payment(s) paid up until the date of cancellation; fees for future month(s) of the Program will be cancelled
Cancellation by Contractor, Changes of Procedures
The Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change hosts of the Program, the platform and/or dates/times, in case of special, unexpected events over which the Contractor has no influence, e.g. illness or other reasons hindering one or more hosts from participation.
If less than 10 Participants have registered, the Contractor reserves the right to cancel or to postpone the Program. In this case the Contractor will try to notify the applicants/participants at least 3 days prior to the first day of the Program. If in this case the Contractor decides to change dates, the Participants may choose either to participate at the proposed date or to get his or her registration fee reimbursed.
Copyright and Further Use of Workshop Material
All printed material (includes emails and PDFs) and presentations for the Program are the sole copyright of the Contractor. Any reproduction and/or distribution and/or disclosure of such material to third parties or other use by the Participant are subject to prior written authorization by the Contractor.
Liabilities
The Contractor shall hire professional and qualified hosts for the Program. However, the Contractor is not liable for the correctness, timeliness and completeness of the contents of the Program and the workshop material, nor for individual learning success expected by individual Participants.
The Participant confirms that he/she is in full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement concerning his participation in the Program.
This Agreement is governed by German law exclusively. Place of performance and competent court is Kiel, Germany.
Personal Data
Participant knows and accepts that the Contractor collects, records and processes certain personal data of the Participant such as name, address, Email address, and bank account details, but only to the extent necessary to administer the Program and the accounting properly. Contractor may use the Participant’s E-Mail address for later news or information, e.g. about further events and programs, only with the explicit consent of the Participant who may unsubscribe to such information letters at any time.
